Compliance Scan

This page explains how the Compliance Scans takes place on the Open Treasury.

Q1. How do Compliance Scans take place?

Compliance scans are a system bound framework where we use a modern financial technology stack, performing routine audits and compliance checks and a rule-based intelligence which red flags incidents based on Compliance parameters.

Q2. Who performs the Compliance Scans?

All the stakeholders listed here can run a Compliance Scan on any Open Treasury fund repository. It is the responsibility of the Treasury CWC to keep the functionality of the Compliance scans intact in the Open Treasury systems. It is the responsibility of the Steward Group associated with a Fiscal Host to maintain the compliance scans library, glossary, and conventions in adherence with local laws.
